The arrangements were excellent — the food was fantastic, and the hotel rooms were very comfortable. One small request I’d like to make is regarding the laundry service in Makkah. It would be more convenient if your hotel staff could collect laundry directly from the rooms instead of us having to carry it to the cafeteria. Above all, we were truly touched by your kind, friendly nature. The entire group of 70 people had no complaints, which is a remarkable achievement. You ensured that we all returned without facing any issues. Your step-by-step guidance during the Umrah rituals helped us understand the correct procedures, and for that we are extremely grateful. After returning to India, I had the opportunity to speak with several members of the group, especially those from the Mysore and Tumkur teams — and everyone echoed the same appreciation.
